The goal of the Federation's Capital Campaign, marking our milestone 58th Anniversary, is to raise $5 million.

$1 million will be allocated to renovate, improve, and expand the Federation's Rural Training and Research Center in Epes, Alabama, along with other properties.
$1 million will be added to the Federation's Revolving Loan Fund for Land Retention and Cooperative Development. This will provide first mortgage and bridge loans to protect vulnerable land holdings and support cooperative operations.
$2 million will go towards restoring and re-capitalizing the "Forty Acres and a Mule Endowment Fund." The income from this fund will be used to support and supplement the Federation's operating budget.
$1 million will be dedicated to basic program support, land retention strategies, debt repayment, and general operations.
